It is a set of account characteristics, which you left for you to add to what suits your business and your needs instead of the program imposing on you unnecessary descriptors and these descriptors and filtering on them can be used in reports, and descriptors such as (phone number, mobile number, address, email, Date of dealing, … etc.).
And you can choose the type of the descriptor according to the nature of the descriptor.
