Sets of descriptors are used to put multiple descriptors within one set to be used with document types so that descriptors are not specified for documents every time, but only a set of descriptors is specified.

To access descriptor sets from the "Archiving - Cards - Archive descriptors group" menu

Add the new group by clicking on "New" and enter a name for the group and specify the descriptions to be placed in the group and save the group
