An opening entry voucher is an accounting entry voucher for recording the opening entries at the beginning of a new accounting year or when starting to use the program for the first time.
Accounting - Vouchers - Opening Balance
It is a muniment for manually recording accounting entries (considered as a journal page)
The journal voucher can be dealt with currencies, or the accounting record can be linked to the dealer - sub account - branch
Through the debit and credit tables of the currency, the value can be recorded in another currency and the currency is specified in the currency table, and in the conversion table the currency exchange rate is recorded.
In the debit and creditor table as in the picture, we note that the value of the debtor and creditor has been recorded in the local currency, which is dealt with in the program (as accounting books, you must deal in one currency only)
You can display a debit schedule and a credit table by right-clicking on the table and choosing Properties and selecting on the tables that you want to show, then pressing OK
To show the balance of any account in the reports in another currency, you must add the cells related to the currency, such as currency debt, currency credit, and currency balance in the report design
