Account : the name of the account required for the report

Region : Filter by region

Account group : request a report for a group of accounts (create a group from the account groups card)

Account Dealer : Link the report to the dealer

Account Level : Show the accounts according to the account level in the accounts directory

Account Final : Filter on the basis of final accounts
