Barcode Design
From any report inside the CSERP program You can print any informaion as a barcode.
Open the requird report
Click on the design button.
Then choose New
Enter a new name for the report, preferably according to the required barcode size for easy reach in the future, for example: 5 * 2.5 barcode
From the design we go to Calibration - Preview to enter the page size information…
Important note: If you use a professional barcode label printer, the page size must be same as label size.
Set the unit of measure (cm, ml…) and enter the label size in the Page Width and Page Height fields
Then you must add the layouts (fields) that you want be printed on the label.
From inside design we click on the field Layouts and add the required cells to display them inside the barcode design, such as the material barcode - the material code - the material name - the price - …
Then we go to Calibration - Barcode Design
We click on Options and enter the label size information. Set the unit of measure (cm, ml…) and enter the label size in the Label Width and Label Height fields
Right click we select New
Text Sticker - Select the data field to display the required text
Image Sticker - In case you want to print an image with a barcode
Select Sticker - In case you want to add a check box to the label
Barcode Sticker - We choose from the data field the field to be printed as a barcode and from the barcode options we choose the required barcode type, density, and other settings.
Counter Sticker - To place a counter on the number of printed labels
After completing the design, close the design and save it, then go to properties - report - and choose the vewier (default browser) for the report - barcode design - then we close the basic design and store it.
From the report request screen, we choose the material for which to print a barcode, then choose the design and click Browse.
