Billing Movement
A report to follow up the movements of materials in the invoices or the movement of the material with the account or the class of the material. Filtering can be done according to documents or according to date or a specific period, and there are several options for filtering
To access the billing movement report
Stocks - Reports - Detailed Reports - Billing Movement
Includes report request window
Material : The name of the material requested in the report
Account : To show the movement of materials or a specific material with a specific account
Material groups : Request the report for a group of materials (a group can be created from the material groups' card)
Account group : link the material movement to a group of accounts (a group can be created from the account groups card)
Region : Filter by region
Account Dealer : To show the movement of an material for a specific dealer
Class : Request the report by materials classes
Set options below
Show No Value : Show invoices without value
Show paid : Show the bills that have been paid in full
Show partially paid : Show the bills that have been partially paid
Show not paid : Show unpaid bills
Muniments color : to show the muniment in the color specified in reports
