Inventory Settlement
Inventory matching is making an inventory of materials in warehouses and matching their quantities with the amount of materials in the program (we make an inventory due to the presence of a difference in quantities between what is in the program and between the ground, either because of thefts or errors in the entries)
And to reach Inventory Settlement through
Stock - Tools - Inventory Settlement
To open an inventory, we click on New
Includes window
Name : The name that we want to give to the inventory (for example: the ninth month inventory)
Dealer : Determined if used in the program
Warehouse : The warehouse where we do the inventory
Date : The quantities of materials in the program will be calculated from the last input operation at the time of opening this file on this date
Branch : In case branches are used
Sub Account : If the secondary is used
Comprehensive option : When activated and after completing the process of entering the inventory into the program, any material that is not present in the manual count will be settled in the program and its balance will be zero after the settlement restrictions are established.
When not activated, it will settle the inventory for the materials included in the manual inventory only
After filling in the information, we click OK, and the inventory process that we have added will appear
We define the process and click Edit Items
Then we click on New to add the Inventory Sub-Process
Name : The name of the inventory (for example, the name of the person who is inventing in case there are several people doing the inventory)
Date : Inventory date
And it is possible to add more than sub-inventory process (the quantity of materials is combined with all sub-inventories)
After the inventory process ends, we go to the settlement to install the quantities that were inventoried in the warehouse within the program
